Future Finally Opens Up About His Breakup With Ciara

Once upon a time, Future met Ciara outside Tricky Stewart’s recording studio. They posed for a pic together and well, they went the way of all lovers.

Some of Future’s friends didn’t seem to think Ciara was well-suited for the “Fuck Up Some Commas” rapper even though he was crazy in love with her. The friends described her as“bougie as hell.” “Ciara, she didn’t even really like when people cursed,” one said.

But Future ignored all comments and not long after, he and Ciara got engaged and pregnant. We were all waiting for wedding bells but without warning we got news of their breakup.

“I was scared as shit,” the 32-year-old revealed in a candid interview with Rolling Stone Magazine. “I was one step away from being married, and I feel like I failed publicly in relationships. Then you want to go back to doing music, to what you know. And if the people didn’t accept you again, the one thing you feel like you can fall back on, it walked away from you. You feel like it’s over.”

Future decided to face his music and in it, he channeled his pain where he talked about his failed relationship. “I can’t even think about it,” he said.“I never imagined my life would be like that: ‘I’m going to sue you and take away from you.’” S

“I don’t know how to deal with something like that,” he added.

Future says he wishes nothing but the best for Cici.

“Her being successful, her being happy, helps me,” the rapper says. Then he begins to address the 30-year-old singer directly, saying, “I’m attached to you. If you’re happy, I’m happy. You’re connected for life. I don’t want you to go through this shit and for it to come back on my son, my kid. I want you to be in the best situation.”

“It’s something that’ll take more time for me. It ain’t even about (Russell) playing daddy. I don’t even want to think about it. That’s my son forever. My son is going to be able to read this. He’s going to be able to look at those pictures. He’s going to be able to have a judgment for himself, and have a conversation with me man-to-man. That’s my blood. He is me. I am him. We is one.”
