in his word , he said “You can’t compare patois to what we do here.” Ketchup said. “That’s deep, that’s far deep. There are some Caribbean songs you listen to and you don’t even understand anything until you get to the chorus. But in Nigeria, we try to melt it down a bit, mellow down, dilute it.”
